Testimonials

“Working with Libby has been a transformative experience. As a former general counsel at top global brands, she brings an invaluable understanding of the unique challenges that come with being the legal voice at the C-suite table. That shared experience created an immediate sense of trust and relevance in our conversations. She brings an incredible warmth and calm to every session, creating a space where I can think clearly and openly. Through our work, she’s helped me craft a life strategy that balances my professional ambitions with personal fulfillment, and equipped me with practical tools and visualization techniques I can draw on whenever I need to get unstuck. Her insight, empathy, and strategic perspective have been game-changing for both my career and my life.” – Tanya Kiatkulpiboone, Head of Legal – Pentland Brands (1:1 Coaching)

“Libby was a critical part of my journey. I started working with Libby during a significant fork in the road in both my personal and professional life, at a point where the two were not in sync. Libby was such an amazing resource for me. She helped me to find more intentionality in my day-to-day life and in my greater goals. Libby places such a high value in living authentically and gaining the confidence to ask for what you need. She offers so much of herself in her work, and really lives by her advice. Libby is kind, compassionate, incredibly intelligent and truly invested in her clients. Because of my work with Libby, I was able to go through my career transition with clear goals and expectations. She taught me how to better know and value myself in the workplace and how to advocate for myself. Even after our work together, Libby still checks in with me regularly and sincerely wants to know how I’m doing and if there’s anything she can do to support me. I am so lucky that I found Libby at a critical time in my career!” – MH (1:1 Coaching)

“After doing intermittent Some Days coaching for about two years with Libby (with tons of loving support in between sessions), I jumped at the opportunity to do a Me-Treat in Idyllwild, California in January 2025. After a brief planning call to go over my intention, the various offerings and my budget, Libby carefully and thoughtfully curated the most perfect weekend with a great mix of coaching/workshop and solo time, with a focus on healing and self-love, surrounded in magical forest energy. The experience was nothing short of transformative. Highlights included a beautiful hike, a sound bath, a card pull at a tea house, the best bagels outside of New York, lots of solo/journaling time, an afternoon of shopping in town (including a trip to the most adorable art gallery where I bought crystals) and an art therapy session with a renowned local artist.  Idyllwild is a magical place for sure, I felt it as soon as we started driving up the mountain. But the real magic was how I reconnected to myself, restored balance/healing, and opened myself up to different ways of thinking around radical acceptance, releasing control/expectations, and trust. After the weekend, I was able to get out of my head and look at life in new ways. Libby has the most grounding/nurturing energy and I just felt completely taken care of all weekend. I am forever grateful for this experience and I’ve committed to making it an annual event! It is a part of me now.” – KG (Me-Treat & 1:1 Coaching)

“Libby supported me in creating a magical few day to do spacious career pathing. She recommended the perfect lodging, then allowed me to keep our schedule loose and flexible.

This was one of the most wonderful and sacred gifts that I have ever given myself. I commit to doing a Me-Treat regularly, ideally at least quarterly. I found for the first time that I did not dread alone time and a digital detox—I deeply enjoyed the loose container of structured and unstructured time that Libby curated: time for journaling feely and with prompts, reading the poetry and other physical books she provided, hiking together, times in sessions working through what I wanted to wrestle with, and then time for spacious creativity. I benefited from slowing down and not having a jammed and rigid schedule. I was able to be in the flow of awe and wonder.

Libby showed her deep care for the journey I am on by greeting me with a journal painted in the color I associate with my inner calm and by listening intently. She has powerful frameworks and reframes to tired thinking patterns that allow me to process, integrate and revisit themes in my life with a gentle invitation to approach these challenges with a wider aperture and new toolkits.

Having my Me-Treat in Idyllwild allowed us to hold coaching sessions outside amongst the trees, sunlight and chirping birds lended the ideal atmosphere for addressing my career pathing feeling grounded and at ease.” – Alexa Zanolli, Associate General Counsel – AMN Healthcare, Inc. (Me-Treat)

“Autumn Abundance gave me the opportunity to pause and turn inward in a beautiful mountain setting that is equal parts magical and peaceful. Libby designed every element to perfection (including touches like homemade meals and gifting us hand painted journals), and it was the perfect mix of community and alone time. The beautiful thing about a pause is we get the opportunity away from the hustle and hustle of everyday life to notice and to breathe and to listen to our inner voice. We were all going through personal and professional changes, which beautifully coincided with the change of seasons and full moon. The retreat was an opportunity to remind me that there is strength in navigating the unknown, and how healing it can be to immerse ourselves in nature. It’s only when we set aside this time in this way that we can tune into our higher selves. The retreat was the perfect mix of rituals and downtime to allow just that. As a coach, Libby is the true embodiment of her gifts. She provides loving support, inspiration, and gentle – yet powerful – encouragement to step into one’s power. She’s become a trusted friend and I’m so grateful to have her as part of my life’s journey.” – KG (Retreat)

“Having a place to gather with like hearted souls to witness and share in our journey is a gift. This was my first retreat (it was a mini 2-hour retreat) with Libby, which was so well curated that no one wanted it to end. I find it more important than ever to take advantage of opportunities like these to engage in self-reflection and self-care. Libby is a natural, gifted guide whose voice alone is a calming, healing gift.” – JG (Workshop)

“Libby’s guided meditation put me in a calm and serene state — one that I hadn’t experienced in quite some time! Her thoughtfulness, passion and insight came through in each segment of the workshop, and she just seemed to know what I needed in that moment. She also provided some very helpful reminders and takeaways, layered with beautiful poetry. I loved every minute!” – KG (Workshop)
